Home Support Services
We assist our customers with daily living, taking care of the tasks they may struggle with through ill health, disability or simply a lifestyle change.
The Service Tree provides services to customers at home in Rushcliffe and Nottingham. We offer individually tailored solutions to enable our customers to achieve satisfaction, balance and independence in their daily lives. We specialise in offering holistic support packages to those with dementia and their families.
We currently provide services to privately financed clients as well as working in partnership with voluntary sector organisations, local social care and NHS services.
