As part of our holistic care service we assist with transitions from home to residential care to ensure that this emotional move goes smoothly.
We visit residents in several local residential and care homes where we offer companionship, activities, pampering treats or outings based on individual interests. We have an extensive library of craft activities, games and activities that we can bring to any home or residential setting to maximise cognitive stimulation – and fun! All our service packages are built around individual needs and preferences.
We also collect from local Care Homes for our weekly day socials and for group outings such as our River Cruise and Christmas parties.
